Join the members of the BA Draught Beer Quality Subcommittee to discuss the development of the Draught Beer Quality Manual from its inception in 2009, up through the most recent version released at the 2019 Craft Brewers Conference. The focus will be on the most recent updates to the manual, ranging from the new publisher, to the new look and feel, to all content additions and updates. Subcommittee members will also open up the discussion for questions, feedback, and discussion of future projects.
