This seminar will cover Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) implementation through practical process applications and realistic measures of progress. Jill Scanlon and Andrew Magaña of Odell Brewing Company will share examples of presentations, trainings, and metrics they have used at Odell to promote an equitable and inclusive culture. We will also share learnings and challenges that we have faced throughout our journey. Hint: the work is ongoing and we’ve found there is not a quick fix—indeed a journey.
