In this seminar, Linda van Loon and Amund Polden Arnesen from Eik&Tid, a brewery in Norway, will answer this question. Expect funny, hilarious, but also serious stories on what it is like to work in an industry where sensory overload of aromas and flavors is almost inevitable.
