The Brewers Association (BA) is collecting data on beers exported in 2015 for the annual export survey.
The Export Development Program (EDP) is funded in large part by grants made available to the BA from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Through our participation in USDA grant programs, the EDP is required to report on various aspects of industry exports. Future funding hinges on such reporting.
The EDP annual survey is designed to collect data needed for these reports including export data by country/region, volume, value, brands exported, brewery expenses in support of exports. This information is confidential and is not shared with any other brewer. The EDP aggregates the information into reports used by staff to determine how best to utilize resources and for reports submitted to USDA.
