Brewers Association American Craft Beer Ambassador Andreas Fält was one of the international beer judges at the Brussels Beer Challenge competition.  While there, he presented a master beer class showing the influences between American craft beers and Belgium beers.

The master beer class was pesented with Sven Gatz, president of the Belgian Brewers.  Over 60 people attended, including some of the judges, media and importers.  The master class was about the cross influences between Belgium and America beers. Andreas spoke about the American Craft Beer scene in America, including our exports and Sven spoke about the Belgian side. Andreas & Sven, each presented three beers to showcase the cross influences. This helped to show the inspiration by Belgian brewers/beers has had on American Brewers but with an American flair. Sven showed how the American brewers/beers are influencing Belgium beers.  It was a great tasting and people were quite intrigued about all the beers.
