Josh McKinney, CEO and Co-Founder

Passionate about the start-up community and craft industry, Josh McKinney co-founded Ekos in 2014 to help craft producers better manage their operations. Josh combined his experience in software with a love of craft beverages to develop a business management software for craft producers of all kinds. He now serves as the company's CEO and has helped Ekos reach thousands of craft breweries, wineries, and cideries in more than 40 countries. Josh is a graduate of Appalachian State University.

Rachel Hoppe

Rachel Hoppe, VP of Product

Ekos

Rachel Hoppe is the VP of Product Management at Ekos. Rachel enjoys listening to and learning from customers and the market to drive business objectives forward. She finds bringing new products to market equally as rewarding and challenging as enhancing existing products to ensure they continue to fit the customers' needs.

Prior to joining the company Rachel led Product Management for Asset Management Technologies, an enterprise software company focused on real estate leasing and facility management. She also spent 10 years at AvidXchange, a high growth fintech company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Rachel has a background in marketing and brand communications with a BA in Communications from Elon University and an MBA from North Carolina State University. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys going to the mountains with her husband, daughter, and two golden retrievers.
