A correction was recently posted for the latest Brewers Publications Quality Management: Essential Planning for Breweries. The publication contains an error in the illustration of the work for the hemocytometer math example on page 77. The answer presented is correct, but in showing the work some errors were inadvertently introduced. Corrections have been made to files for reprints and the Quality Management eBook was corrected before it was submitted for distribution.
