Join Andy Tveekrem, Brewmaster and Co-Founder of Market Garden Breweries, as he presents a practical guide to techniques for assessing and reducing dissolved oxygen (DO) pickup across packaging operations, with an emphasis on small scale (25-100 cpm) fillers for bottles and cans and keg filling. He will take a look at the “usual suspects,” as well as some less obvious areas that can yield good results, and show you that often the solutions to DO problems are relatively simple and inexpensive. This talk is presented in cooperation with the Master Brewers Association of the Americas.
