Brewers Association general counsel Marc Sorini will give his annual high-level overview of recent legal developments of importance to craft brewers. Topics this year will include legal changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the latest court decisions on the interaction of the dormant Commerce Clause and the 21st Amendment, distribution law reform, and developments at TTB.
