In 2020, the Brewers Association Diversity Committee developed an Equity Scorecard that provides transparency, promotes productive dialogue, and guides organizational decision making with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In this seminar, committee members share insights from that experience and provide a scalable, step-by-step process for creating and utilizing equity scorecards to achieve DEI goals.
