Her skill set is diverse, covering digital marketing, social media dynamics, and project management. Central to Jenna's approach is her commitment to collaborative creativity, ensuring empathy and equity are woven into every aspect of her work.

Julie Rhodes

Julie Rhodes, Strategic Business Consultant

Not Your Hobby Marketing Solutions

With over two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, Julie Rhodes (she/her) specializes in offsite beverage sales, digital marketing, leadership, team management, and distributor partnership management. She is the owner of Not Your Hobby Marketing Solutions, an educational services and strategic business consulting company built specifically for small- to medium-sized craft beverage companies, where she teaches owners and operators how to work smarter, not harder. She is a freelance business journalist and active public speaker, as well as a member of multiple state brewery guilds and cider trade associations. She received the 2022 Mentor of the Year award from the Brewers Association (BA), sits on the BA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Marketing and Communications Subcommittee, and teaches Digital Marketing certificate programs for the University of Vermont. She has published works in Brewer Magazine, on websites such as Craft Brewing Business, Ekos Craftlab, CODO Brewery Branding Guide, and Crafted For All, and is the industry editor for PorchDrinking.com.
