The amount of data at the fingertips of breweries has grown exponentially. From sales and distribution data, to operational costs and brewhouse efficiency, there is always a data point that can be used to assist in making smarter decisions. This seminar will cover what type of data is available for breweries of all sizes, from a one-barrel nano brewery to a regional brand. We will then talk about how we can use this data to create metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision making in the brewery.
