Aside from some new brews and barrel-aged projects, we will be making a big move into a building that is about 117,000 square feet larger than the one we are currently in.

What’s the best part of being a part of the craft brewing community?

The family and friends who have evolved from it across the country.

Name a favorite food and beer pairing.

Fruited kettle sour with Korean BBQ-style tacos.

What’s your biggest accomplishment unrelated to your job?

Graduating from college.

What’s your favorite beer that your brewery does not produce?

Parabola from Firestone Walker.

What’s the most memorable travel destination at which you’ve had a chance to sample the local beer?

Colorado during my first GABF in 2014. The beers were great, the food was amazing, and we took a silver that year in German-Style Sour Ale.

Shoot pool, tube, travel, and beach it.
