Tools for producing non-alcohol (NA) beer have advanced well beyond maltose negative yeast strains. In this sponsored session, Scott Laboratories and Lallemand Brewing take a look at next generation technologies shaping non-alcoholic brewing. Scott Laboratories introduces Nagardo, a revolutionary new and natural microbial control agent made of mushroom-derived glycolipids. One of the many applications of Nagardo is the ability to produce safe and stable NA beer without additional capital investment or specialized equipment. Lallemand Brewing covers new options for recipe development and other considerations for NA beer. Explore evolving technical solutions that expand quality and creative potential.
