Jonathan Davis (he/him) is the president and chief flavor chemist and food scientist of GLCC Co. GLCC makes flavors, juice blends, and especially fermentable bases for fruit wines and for fruit beers and sours (Fruit Bru). Jonathan has created a rather unique company, known since its inception in 1996 for developing custom and market-ready products in a kind of technical partnership with customers, especially for beverages and alcohol-based products. Jonathan has more than 40 years of experience and is a self-taught flavor chemist known for making true-to-name natural flavors and fruit blends.
