Chart Industries is the leading supplier of gas solutions for breweries including CO2 recapture, nitrogen dosing, bulk tanks, and more. In this session, Chart showcases studies of beloved breweries and outlines a path to lower cost for CO2 independence and utilize Nitrogen Dosing. N2 Dosing is necessary for launching in new beverage markets, while extending shelf life. Carbon capture reuses fermentation CO2 for carbonation, reducing, or eliminating external CO2 costs and ensuring supply chain resilience. Together, they improve quality and sustainability.
