I started South Lake Brewing Company in Lake Tahoe, CA with my husband Chris in early 2017. SLBC has a 10-BBL brewhouse with currently in 2020 about 200 BBL fermentation capacity. We have a large tasting room, and now due to COVID, a 2000 sq ft beer garden and outdoor front patio. I manage the tasting room & bartending staff with the help of our assistant TR manager, finances, purchasing for merch and other things, assist with canning supply chain/logistics, provide human resources, manage our website and social media, and so many other hats!!
