The Brewers Association (BA) human resources (HR) online courses offer self-guided instruction to equip new and experienced people managers with the HR tools to effectively hire, retain, train, and manage employees in the workplace. Training is offered in two parts which guide learners through the foundational skills needed to manage employees in compliance with the law and to maintain a respectful workplace environment.
This course qualifies for professional development credits through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
