Zupan’s Markets has released the newest beer in its Farm to Market series, created in collaboration with Ferment Brewing Company to celebrate Zupan’s 50th anniversary. This 34th installment is a bold Imperial Stout that leans into the richness and warmth of the holiday season.

Blended from whiskey and red wine barrels and matured for up to twenty-two months on oak, the stout benefits from the thoughtful approach Ferment Brewing Company brings to its craft. Based on the Hood River waterfront, Ferment draws inspiration from the Columbia River Gorge and blends traditional techniques with modern creativity. That perspective adds depth to the beer’s flavors of dark chocolate, warm vanilla and subtle dark cherry, creating a rich winter pour that pairs beautifully with a cozy fireside evening.
