Roadhouse Brewing Company and Offshoot Beer Co. Release Quantum Kush IPA
New West Coast IPA showcases next-gen hop innovation and cross-state collaboration

Jackson Hole, WY – January 15^th, 2026 – Wyoming’s Roadhouse Brewing Company and California’s Offshoot Beer Co. have joined forces to release Quantum Kush, a West Coast IPA that pushes the boundaries of flavor through the use of next-generation hop products. This collaboration is the newest release in Roadhouse’s seasonal Kush series, which celebrates the convergence of innovation and tradition in craft brewing.

“This is an IPA designed to demonstrate how technical innovation can create bold, fresh beers that inspire creativity and exploration,” said Jon Courtois, COO for Roadhouse Brewing Company.

Quantum Kush showcases a next-level hop lineup that brings together Krush and Krush Cryo, for bright tropical aromatics; Chinook CGX, providing resinous pine and subtle spice; Citra Dynaboost, with punchy citrus and tropical notes; Columbus, for earthy, dank depth; Abstrax Quantum provides bold, futuristic hop character; and Cascade and Cascade CGX, which round out the profile with clean floral and grapefruit notes. Together, these hop products create a layered, aromatic experience featuring juicy citrus, stone fruit, and pine resin, finished with a modern, balanced character.

The limited-release IPA will be available in 4pks and draft in select markets starting January 20th, 2026.
