This collaboration brings MCI’s traditional Irish malts to American craft brewers, offering a unique opportunity to infuse authentic Irish character into their beers.

Founded in 1858 and based in Cork, Ireland, MCI combines centuries-old malting heritage with modern innovation to produce high-quality malts for both brewing and distilling.  A joint venture between Dairygold & Tirlan, two of Irelands leading Cooperatives, MCI sources its barley from over 600 shareholder growers ensuring a sustainable and traceable supply chain.  MCI is currently expanding its production capacity by more than 60%, reflecting the growing global demand for Irish malt.
