Safety Track Presentations Now Available to All

26 safety track presentations from past Craft Brewers Conferences are now available on the Brewers Association (BA) website.

“An important part of the Brewers Association core values and beliefs is valuing safety and the culture provided to support it,” said Larry Horwitz, BA Safety Subcommittee chair and member of the BA Board of Directors. “Allowing open, easy access to these valuable presentations provides brewers with even more tools to help make sure employees arrive home every day safe and unharmed.”

“The topics addressed in these presentations cover some of the most important issues for any size brewery,” said BA Safety Ambassador Matt Stinchfield. “Having access to information from this collection of subject matter experts is a great addition to everyone’s safety program.”

The presentations address a wide range of topics as diverse as hazard assessment and balancing safety and culture, to more specific topics such as brewery burns and safety record keeping.

Together with other BA resources such as the free online brewery safety training and a library of best management practice documents, breweries have access to many of the resources needed to establish an effective safety program.

Like all safety resources provided by the BA, the presentations can be accessed without member credentials by visiting Presentations in the Resources section of brewersassociation.org. Search “Safety” to see a complete listing of available presentations.
