The agenda for the 5th Annual Draught Beer Quality Workshop at the Great American Beer Festival® has been announced. The workshop will benefit anyone in the beer industry with a stake in delivering high quality draught beer. In addition to a keynote address by Brewers Association Quality Ambassador Dick Cantwell, industry experts will address a wide range of topics ranging from best practices for beer line cleaning and maintenance to economics of beer line cleaning and basic sensory analysis. Mike Frank, Frank Beer Distributors, Middleton, WI, will deliver a distributor’s perspective on the importance of draught beer quality with his closing remarks.
