The Brewers Association’s Export Development Program (EDP) recently hosted a beer dinner at London’s Club Gascon, a Michelin-starred french restaurant. The London hot spot cooked up a five-course tasting dinner to pair with American craft beers to accompany the Great British Beer Festival where the Brewers Association booth featured EDP brewery members.
MasterChef winner Tim Anderson was on sight to cover the meal for fellow celebrity chef Jamie Oliver’s Drinks TUBE. Tim walks viewers through the pairings and provides tips for creating the best beer and food tasting experience.
