Andrew Balmuth founded Nagaono Trading Company in 2006 based in Japan.  Andrew talked about exporting American craft beers to Japan for breweries currently in the market or contemplating business abroad.  Atsumi Kobayashi, based in Los Angeles is with Dependable Global Express, a full service logistics company with offices around the world.  Atsumi talked about the role of using a freight-forwarder to export your beers – from pickup at your brewery to delivery of your beers in Japan.

Darren Packman, originally from London now living in Stockholm has been in the international beer media business for over 17 years.  Darren talked about using social media to keep and grow your business through online communication.  Jörgen Hasselqvist is the owner of the Oliver Twist Bar & Restaurant in Stockholm and the Great Brands Import Co which specializes in US craft beer. Jörgen has been a craft beer advocate for over 18 years and talked about exporting your beers to Sweden and how to get your beers listed in the Systembolaget, the Swedish monopoly for off-premise retail sale of all alcoholic beverages.
