About the Speaker

Marshall Fawley is outside regulatory counsel to some of the biggest names in the alcohol beverage industry. He also takes great pride in assisting entrepreneurs and new producers in navigating the complex regulatory and legal landscape within the alcohol beverage industry.
Marshall has written for several publications, including Craft Spirits Magazine, and is a former faculty member of the National Business Institute's Virginia Beer and Distillery CLE program.
Marshall graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a JD in 2005. He graduated from George Mason University with an MA in 2003 and from the University of Virginia in 1998. Marshall is admitted to the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Outside of the office, Marshall enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, watching movies, rooting for the Virginia Cavaliers, and collecting antique barware and recipe books.
