This presentation by Sam Neel of McDermott Will & Emery will dig into the 2020 year-end COVID-19 relief bill and provide information on provisions relevant to small brewers, including information on increased PPP funding and second draw ability, EIDL and SBA loans and grants, and the Employee Retention Tax Credit.

Sam Neel advises clients on complex civil, criminal and administrative matters. He advises nonprofit organizations on a wide variety of issues, represents veterans seeking appeals of adverse disability determinations and counsels clients seeking special education services for children with disabilities. Sam serves on the firm's pro bono committee and led the D.C. office's pro bono month in 2018 and 2019.
