The Brewers Association Export Development Program is participating in Planète Bière in Paris, France in March. This will be our second year at Planète Bière, where the BA will be participating in three events showcasing American craft beer.
For more information Planète Bière, visit the event website.
The Planète Bière Paris takes place March 25 & 26 in Paris, France.
Beer is due to the east coast consolidation point by end of day Monday, March 5, 2018.
The EDP returns to Paris, participating in three events during the course of one of Paris’ new beer events. Planète Bière will host its third edition attracting over 4,000 attendees over the two days, with one day devoted to industry only attendees.
BA Executive chef Adam Dulye will be leading two master class pairing sessions at Planète Bière.
In addition to Planète Bière the EDP will be hosting a media dinner at the invitation of the US Ambassador to France, Jamie McCourt, at the Ambassador’s residence in Paris. Adam, alongside acclaimed Paris chef Edward Delling-Williams will create a four course dinner based on seasonal and local Parisian ingredients paired to American craft beer. Adam will guide the media and invited guests through the dinner, updating them on current trends in pairing, export numbers, and the state of the American craft beer industry.
With Paris we also have learned that hosting a public event leads to great success as well. Local brewery taproom Outland, one of the founding members of Paris Beer Week will host an American craft beer night and BA chef Adam Dulye will be on hand to interact and educate guests coming in to try craft beer.
The BA will cover the registration cost and a consolidated shipment of beer from the East Coast consolidated warehouse to France for Export Development Program members. We are transporting the beer via air freight.
Please send 3 brands/2 cases per brand (6 cases total at 2 cases per brand) of your beers for these events in Paris– bottles or cans. We are also looking for one-way kegs, one sixtel per brewery.
