Link to author biography Holly Haslam is the Brewers Association's human resources director. She joined the organization in 2022. In her role, she leads internal HR practices that foster a positive, engaging, and equitable workplace culture. She also serves as a subject matter expert on member-facing HR content, offering guidance and best practices to help brewing industry employers build stronger, more effective teams.
Holly holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and substance abuse prevention, education, and treatment from Central Michigan University and an MBA with an emphasis in human resource management from the University of Northern Colorado. She served as president of the Boulder Area HR Association in 2023.
With experience building HR functions, employee engagement initiatives, and training and advancement programs within small organizations, Holly specializes in creating systems that support employee development, retention, and organizational growth.
