Pennsylvania brewer D.G. Yuengling & Son has entered a motion to file an amicus curiae in U.S. District Court objecting to the final judgment proposed by the Department of Justice in the merger of Anheuser-Busch InBEV (ABI) and SABMiller, claiming that the proposed judgment does not adequately protect the public from anti-competitive distribution practices by the merged ABI-SABMiller.
