Effective September 30, 2025, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) will mandate electronic disbursements for all transactions. They will cease issuing paper checks for all disbursements, including tax refund and drawback claims. They also plan to require that all payments be made electronically, as soon as practicable.
