Following a similar investigation in Florida two months ago, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) conducted a joint operation with investigators from the Illinois Liquor Control Commission targeting alleged “pay to play” schemes in Chicago, the Quad Cities, and Peoria.
