Amended prior to passing the Senate, S.B. 287 establishes standards for establishment of farm breweries on lands zoned for exclusive farm use or mixed farm and forest use for breweries that annually produce under 150,000 barrels of malt beverages total with under 15,000 barrels produced on farm brewery site.
