Ohio continues its effort to reform franchise law in the state with Senate Bill 23, a straight exemption from the state’s franchise law for brewers under 250,000 barrels of production a year. The bill is awaiting a hearing in the Senate Small Business & Economic Opportunity Committee. Brewers Association is actively supporting the Ohio Craft Brewers Association in this franchise reform effort.
