OSHA continues to solicit comments on a plan to create a national standard aimed at reducing heath injury and illness in the workplace. In November OSHA extended the deadline for comments into the new year, with a new comment deadline of January 14, 2025. The Brewers Association plans to submit comments shortly before the deadline. Many observers expect the incoming Trump Administration to abandon OSHA’s proposed heat injury standard.
