Illinois Self-Distribution Cap Legislation Stalls

An Illinois bill would have raised the cap on self-distribution for brewers to 1500bbl/year (the current cap is 200bbl/year), but despite some very promising signs of passage, it was not brought up for a final vote by the deadline to pass.
