The Georgia Craft Brewing Guild’s signature legislation, Senate Bill 122, was heard in a subcommittee on February 26th. The bill, which allows craft brewers limited self-distribution rights, now awaits a hearing in the full Senate Regulated Industries and Utilities Committee. The Brewers Association is bringing significant resources to bear on this effort.
