FDA Proposes Extension of Compliance Dates with Nutrition Fact Labeling

The federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has proposed extending the compliance dates by approximately 1.5 years for the final rules providing updated nutrition information on food labels and defining a single serve container. Those alcohol products under the jurisdiction of FDA would be affected by the proposed extension.
