The Brewers Association now expects the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to publish the 2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans in August or September. Final content of the revised Guidelines remains unknown, but multiple reports suggest that they will advocate that any alcohol consumption be done in moderation. We also expect that the next iteration of the Dietary Guidelines will shrink to a concise four pages, with a longer “science appendix” explaining the results in more detail.
