He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Before coming to the small brewing industry in 2001, Pete worked for 14 years with both state and federal elected officials in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

Assembly Bill 776 seeks to authorize a licensed beer manufacturer to apply to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) for a brewery event permit that allows the sale of beer produced by that beer manufacturer for consumption on property contiguous and adjacent to the licensed premises of the manufacturer and would allow up to 4 authorized events each calendar year.
