S.B. 3801 seeks to the holder of a limited brewery license to operate up to 15 salesrooms apart from the brewery premises and to sell and deliver their draft beer and products in original containers for consumption on the salesroom premises. Licensees would be prohibited from jointly controlling and operating salesrooms.
