Share Your Knowledge: Submit a Proposal for the 2026 Craft Brewers Conference

MacKenzie Staples is the education program manager for the Brewers Association. In addition to managing the resources and articles on BrewersAssociation.org, she organizes the seminars for the Craft Brewers Conference® (CBC), curates the webinars in the BA Collab Hour series, and serves as the staff liaison for the CBC Seminar Subcommittee. She is originally from Texas where she fell in love with craft beer, and is proud to say that she has visited over 800 U.S. small and independent craft breweries.

The Brewers Association (BA) is now welcoming proposals for seminars, workshops, researcher presentations, and other educational sessions at the 2026 Craft Brewers Conference® & BrewExpo America® (CBC®). CBC 2026 will take place in Philadelphia, April 20-22.

Submit a Proposal

NEW: Rolling Call for Proposals

This year’s call for proposals is a rolling process, meaning we will review and accept proposals as they are submitted rather than all at once at the end of the submission period. That means that it is in a speaker’s best interest to submit proposals early if possible.

We will continue to accept proposals through Wednesday, October 1, or until we have filled the educational schedule, whichever comes first.

Submission Guidelines and Selection

Prospective speakers are expected to read through the 2026 Submission Details & Guidelines before submitting a proposal.

All educational proposals are reviewed and recommended for selection to the BA by the CBC Seminar Subcommittee, a group of BA members selected annually as industry experts in their fields.

All proposals will receive a selection decision by Friday, November 28, 2025.
