Brewers Association premieres pairing event in Los Angeles this October


Debuting in L.A. this fall, PAIRED® is the ultimate collaboration between award-winning chefs and small and independent craft brewers from around the country. Presented by the Brewers Association and carefully curated by its executive chef Adam Dulye, this craft beer and food pairing event allows attendees to meet the personalities behind the beers, including owners and brewers, and the chefs behind the scores of classic and innovative pairings that highlight the glorious interplay between beer and food.

42 small and independent craft brewers will partner with more than 20 culinary leaders to create two delectable dishes paired with two special beers. The full list of breweries will be available here.

Craft beer has become an essential and high-demand beverage on menus at restaurants across the country. As the culinary world continues to evolve, so do the opportunities for more intricate and exciting beer and food pairings. At PAIRED L.A., a team of celebrated chefs will come together to showcase the glorious interplay between beer and food. Besides pushing the palate with unique mashups, the event is designed to invite casual conversation with brewers and chefs so guests can understand the pairings and amazing possibilities of beer and food.

The Brewers Association has a long and successful history of producing world class beer and food pairing events including SAVOR™: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience, held annually in Washington, D.C., which has been heralded as the “gold standard of beer festivals” and PAIRED at the Great American Beer Festival®, which has been called “one of the best food and beer pairing events in the nation.”

A ticket presale exclusively for members of the American Homebrewers Association® (AHA) and Brewers Association will take place on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. MDT/12:00 p.m. EDT. The public is welcome to join the AHA by July 15 to be eligible to participate in the member presale.

General Admission tickets ($85) include:

  • Entrance at 7:00 p.m. PDT
  • Commemorative tasting glass
  • Unlimited craft beer and small-plate pairings from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Event program with room for tasting notes

VIP Admission tickets (limited availability) ($200) include:
