What’s your current position at your brewery, and how did you get started in the craft brewing industry?

I’m the owner [of National Brewing Company in Easton, Md.], which means I do everything. I had this idea to revive an old brand [National Premium], which came from my interest in breweriana.

What’s new at National Brewing?

We’re currently looking for an option to can our beer.

What’s the best part of being a part of the craft brewing community?

It’s fun!

What do you like to do in your time away from the brewery?

Play squash and tennis, watch lacrosse and football, boating.

What’s your favorite food and beer pairing?

None. When I drink I drink, then I eat.

What’s your favorite beer that your brewery does not produce?

Union Craft Duckpin Pale Ale or Evolution Lot 3 IPA.
