Brewpubs make up approximately half of the more than 2,000 U.S. breweries. To acknowledge the important role they play in the craft brewing industry, the 2012 Great American Beer Festival is featuring a new Brewpub Pavilion. Brewpubs from across the country will provide samples of their beer with cheese pairings provided by the American Cheese Society.
