In wrapping up the session, Bob Pease, Vice President of the Brewers Association, outlined plans for a Craft Brewers Pavilion at the 35th Winter Fancy Food Show, which will take place January 17-19, 2010 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. This pavilion would be open to EDP members only, and it represents an opportunity to promote small and independent American craft brewers at a premier domestic food and beverage trade show. Showcasing American craft beer at the Fancy Food show will help the BA and its EDP program meet a number of their goals including promting sales of American craft beer domestically, raising the image of beer and establishing American Craft Beer as a world class brand.
